What is the Total Rewards Statement

Total Reward Statements (TRS) were introduced to provide you with a better understanding of the benefits you have or may have access to as an employee of the National Health Service (NHS).

A key element of the TRS is your Annual Benefit (Pension) Statement (ABS).

This will be broken down to the various parts of the NHS Pension(s) you have accrued membership in.

There will be a different page for the 1995 Section, 2008 Section and 2015 Scheme
